• You must be a natural person. Corporations, organizations, and automated bots may not register accounts.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from Bet100 PH or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or transfer a bet after it has been placed and accepted.
• Minimum bet amount per transaction: ₱10
• Bet100 PH reserves the right to set maximum betting limits on any market or event at our discretion.
• Odds are subject to change without prior notice up until the time the bet is officially accepted by the system.

5.2 Void & Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void and your stake returned under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time is met.
• Incorrect odds or lines were posted due to a system error or human error.
• The relevant sports governing body declares the result invalid.

5.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is available on selected events. During live betting, odds update in real time and bets may be suspended temporarily when a key moment — like a goal, injury, or timeout — occurs. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided by the system.

5.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Submit your dispute to support@bet100ph.best with your bet ID, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting information. Bet100 PH's decision is final and binding.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bet100 PH regularly offers promos, welcome bonuses, reload offers, and referral rewards to our players. Every bonus and promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to its individual terms in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Bet100 PH is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or game.
• Cheating: Using software, bots, scripts, or other tools to manipulate the platform's systems or outcomes.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or bonus structures in a manner clearly outside the spirit of normal betting activity.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or encouraging the fixing of any sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Money Laundering: Using Bet100 PH accounts as a conduit for illegal financial transactions.
• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity or payment credentials to register or fund an account.

Bet100 PH employs advanced risk management and fraud detection systems. If unusual activity is detected, we may temporarily restrict your account for investigation without prior notice. Players found guilty of prohibited conduct will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

8. Privacy & Data

11. Account Termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
